Miracle Scents – Return & Exchange Policy
At Miracle Scents, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product delivered is damaged or leaking.
You received the wrong item.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if:
The perfume has been used or sprayed.
The seal or packaging has been opened.
The request is made after 3 days of delivery.
The customer simply does not like the fragrance.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos and your order number.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Refund Policy
Approved returns will be processed after inspection.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or incorrect items. We do not offer fragrance swaps based on personal preference.
